I’m Ashley Collier, and my love of real estate began with… divorce. After losing my marital home and moving from rental to rental, it became my mission to provide a secure and stable home for my children once again. The pride and fulfillment I felt when I achieved that goal inspired me to want to help other families experience the same joy and security.
I entered the Utah real estate industry in 2012 and expanded my expertise by adding my Utah mortgage license in 2019, allowing me to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire home-buying process. In 2023 I became an associate real estate broker and mortgage loan officer in Arizona. My journey didn’t stop with purchasing a primary residence; I have also invested in rental properties in both Utah and Arizona, which reinforced my belief that real estate is a powerful strategy for building wealth. In 2015 I achieved another personal dream of becoming a private pilot!
